Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable bioinformatics workflows for genomic analysis

• Optimize AI/ML-enabled variant interpretation systems

• Perform comprehensive genomic analyses from FASTQ to interpretation

• Integrate genomic and phenotypic data for meaningful insights

• Contribute to research publications and conference presentations

Requirements:

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or similar

• Strong next-generation sequencing experience

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix, Python, or R

• Background in in silico variant interpretation

• Familiarity with genomic databases like gnomAD and Clin Var
