Position: REB Coordinator at The Royal
Ensure the ethical landscape of clinical research at The Royal as a REB Coordinator. This pivotal role involves regulatory compliance, contract management, and guiding research teams effectively.

The Royal is seeking a REB Coordinator who will manage operations for the Research Ethics Board. You will conduct protocol reviews, provide essential education on ethics, and oversee documentation and meeting logistics. Your strong organizational skills and deep understanding of clinical research will enhance both research quality and regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily REB Office operations with the leadership team

• Conduct thorough reviews of research protocols for compliance

• Provide essential support and guidance to research staff

• Oversee document management and meeting coordination

• Implement improvements in REB processes and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma in Clinical Research or Health Sciences

• 5-7 years’ experience in clinical research ethics

• SOCRA certification is preferred

• Knowledge of TCPS2 and ICH-GCP guidelines

• Strong analytical and communication skills
