As part of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, you will coordinate capacity development programming in Community Efficiency & Leverage Programs.
Your role includes developing learning tools, facilitating workshops, and conducting research on best practices. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this crucial position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate delivery of peer-to-peer learning activities
• Develop knowledge tools and training materials
• Conduct research on municipal sustainability practices
• Support data collection on capacity development outcomes
• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field
• 1-3 years' experience in research and program coordination
• Familiarity with GMF funding sectors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
