Position: RE Board Coordinator at The Royal

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily REB operations in collaboration with leadership

• Conduct detailed reviews of research protocols for compliance

• Educate researchers on ethical requirements and submissions

• Oversee document management and decision tracking for the REB

• Develop training for clinical research ethics and compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma in Clinical Research or related field

• 5-7 years experience in clinical research ethics

• SOCRA certification preferred

• Strong knowledge of regulatory practices and documentation

• Effective communication and project coordination skills
