Position: Research Consultant for Data Analysis
Become a Research Consultant at OXARO in Ottawa, specializing in survey data analysis and thematic coding within a hybrid setup. Your primary focus will be on synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights from survey responses.

This role requires conducting rigorous thematic analysis of open-ended survey responses while developing coding schemes for effective data interpretation. You'll utilize SPSS for various statistical tests and produce detailed reports with visual presentations of data findings. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop coding schemes for qualitative survey responses

• Conduct statistical analyses in SPSS for survey data

• Produce thematic maps and report findings accurately

• Prepare reports following APA version 7 formatting

• Organize data into structured spreadsheets

Requirements:

• At least one scholarly writing sample in social sciences

• Minimum 2 years in research and evaluation methodologies

• 1+ years of experience with survey data analysis

• Proficient in SPSS and data visualization techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
