Senior Evaluation Consultant - Contract Basis

Your role will include senior-level evaluation, research, and stakeholder engagement, crucial for updating policies and frameworks. With your extensive experience, you'll contribute to performance measurement and develop evaluation tools that enhance organizational effectiveness and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of organizational strategies and frameworks

• Validate, modify, and compile essential publications

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and feedback sessions

• Develop and implement structured evaluation frameworks

• Assess the effectiveness of doctrine through performance metrics

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in applicable areas

• 10 years of relevant experience in evaluation and technical writing

• Experience with at least three evaluation projects

• Proven ability in developing evaluation governance instruments

• Active Secret Clearance required
