Position: Canadian Military History Fellowship 2026-2027
Engage in historical research through the Canadian War Museum's  Postgraduate Fellowship. Collaborate with experts and gain invaluable insights into Canada’s military heritage.

The Canadian War Museum is seeking postgraduate scholars for its Research Fellowship in , focusing on original work related to Canadian military history. The fellow will benefit from exclusive access to the Museum’s collection and work in tandem with a historian and collections specialist. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute original research based on Museum collections

• Partner with Museum professionals for project guidance

• Submit a 250-word proposal detailing research focus

Requirements:

• Master’s or doctoral degree within three years

• Proven interest in Canadian military studies

• Ability to connect research to Museum resources

• Skills in research dissemination and mobilization

• Residency requirement of six months in Ottawa
