Xtal Pi is inviting skilled PhD candidates in Chemistry or related fields to join its innovative Future Chemistry Division. In this pivotal role, you will combine your synthetic chemistry background with cutting-edge technologies to automate and enhance chemical synthesis workflows. This position allows you to influence the development of intelligent solutions while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design synthesis plans matching project requirements
• Collaborate with AI teams for optimized experimental plans
• Enhance automated synthesis platforms for stability
• Maintain and prepare SOPs and experimental reports
• Oversee operations and optimize chemical synthesis processes
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Chemistry or related discipline
• Strong project management and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Chinese and English
• Problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced R&D
• Commitment to advancing automated synthesis technologies
