This role is ideal for professionals with experience in biostatistics, clinical trial design, statistical analysis, epidemiology, regulatory submissions, and statistical programming.
As a Senior Statistician, you will play a critical role in the design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of clinical studies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop statistical methodologies, support regulatory submissions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality scientific data that supports business and clinical objectives.

- Develop statistical methods sections for clinical study protocols, analysis plans, and clinical study reports.
- Perform statistical analyses and interpret study results using appropriate methodologies.
- Review clinical reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Identify and resolve statistical, analytical, and reporting discrepancies.
- Present statistical findings and recommendations to clinical, scientific, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate statistical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as a statistical subject matter expert and support project teams throughout the study lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of study designs and statistical approaches supporting regulatory submissions.
- Ensure statistical analyses comply with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
- Support a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and statistical records.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in biostatistics, clinical research, medical devices, epidemiology, or related fields.
- Experience developing statistical analysis plans, protocol methodologies, and clinical study reports.
- Proficiency with statistical software such as R, SAS, Minitab, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, study design, and data interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting regulatory submissions for medical devices is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and 510(k) submission processes is considered an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
