At Egon Zehnder, this permanent, full-time Researcher executes leadership and talent consulting projects across industries and functions. The work combines project management, assessment frameworks, sophisticated interviewing, psychometric interpretation after accreditation, and thought leadership. You will partner with consultants, contribute autonomously to client mandates, and sometimes lead project work streams or teams.

• Drive solution implementation with consultants and client teams
• Lead interviews, feedback conversations, and results presentations
• Build assessment frameworks and manage project execution
• Develop business development presentations and pitch discussions
• Monitor leadership trends, markets, and industry activity
