Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experienceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayEnsure the proper set up of all side stations in the outletRun food orders and replenish product offeringsGreet, acknowledge and provide assistance to guestsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedQualifications
Previous experience in a similar environmentSmart Serve CertificationExcellent communication and organizational skillsFluent in both official languagesStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesMust be available to work 3 shits per week including holidays. (2 x weekend & 1 weekday/holiday shift).Additional Information
