Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports the Store Manager and contributes to the store's success by spending quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and working with the team to drive sales.

• Assist the Store Manager and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Engage with customers, build brand loyalty, and drive sales while upholding Pandora merchandising and operational standards.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and empower the team to achieve KPI goals.
• Foster authentic connections with customers to create loyal fans and extend relationships beyond transactions.
• Support talent planning and recruitment across seasonal and core roles, including sales associates and sales leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment with a track record as a results-oriented leader.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sound business acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to deliver positive results.
• Excellent time management skills, prioritize effectively, and delegate tasks as needed.
• Proficiency with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
• 18 years of age or older with the ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds as required.
