Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining a welcoming shopping experience for all customers.

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, motivate, and develop retail staff through effective training and performance management
• Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and presentation
• Manage POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering functions with accuracy and integrity
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer service
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and foot traffic
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or related fields
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping software
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for sales analysis and financial reporting
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
