Position: Full Time Key Holder - AVEDA Rideau ON

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the store.
Use outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and hold responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
Provide strong retail leadership, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales and service targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $19.40 to $24.30 per hour (based on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget), based on a 40‑hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
