Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned training and projects

• Work alongside seasoned Franchisees in various locations

• Experience management tasks while serving customers

• Drive community initiatives to strengthen local ties

Requirements:

• Certificate in Business or Retail Management preferred

• 3+ years in retail; 1 year supervisory experience

• Ability to lead diverse teams effectively

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Bilingual in French and English advantageous
