Become a vital part of First by managing the Parts Room operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, and organizing parts while providing excellent counter service.
In this crucial role, you’ll ensure the proper receipt and verification of parts, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Parts Room. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential as you interact with peers and superiors. Previous experience in a parts room setting is preferred to navigate our computer systems and record keeping efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and stock all parts efficiently
• Conduct price and quality surveys regularly
• Provide outstanding counter service to customers
• Maintain a clean and orderly parts facility
• Manage core and parts returns effectively
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1-3 years parts room experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Computer literacy essential for record keeping
• Strong attention to detail essential for accuracy
