As a Sales Associate at Swatch, you will report directly to the Store Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass customer service, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards within the store. You will work towards not just meeting but exceeding sales expectations while participating in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Process sales and returns accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory and adhere to operational policies
• Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store
• Uphold workplace safety standards on the sales floor
Requirements:
• Part-time availability of approximately 10 hours weekly
• Strong focus on customer service and sales generation
• Ability to lift and manage weights of 35 lbs
• Open availability during peak times and holidays
• Positive attitude with problem-solving skills
