Position: Shift Leader at Canna Cabana
Canna Cabana is seeking a knowledgeable Shift Leader for our Byward, Ottawa location. Drive sales, enhance customer service, and lead store operations in this full-time role.

As a Shift Leader, you will assist store management in daily operations and oversee staff in the absence of the Store Manager. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in a retail setting, preferably in cannabis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and staff activities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

• Achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators

• Oversee inventory management processes

• Provide training and guidance to associates

Requirements:

• Must possess valid Cann Sell certification

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience required

• Ability to complete a Police Background Check

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
