Join Sephora Canada as an Operations Consultant in Ottawa, Ontario. This flexible position supports stockroom management and enhances client experiences during store hours.
You will contribute by collaborating with the Operations Supervisor, ensuring a tidy environment within the cashier zone. Responsibilities include assisting in the training of new staff, effectively processing shipments, and maintaining inventory control.
Your role will help uphold Sephora’s merchandising concepts and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain the stockroom effectively
• Assist in training staff on Point-Of-Sale systems
• Maintain cleanliness in the cashier area
• Process and check inventory shipments promptly
• Report any inventory concerns to Supervisors
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including holidays
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and stocking shelves
