Step into the pivotal Team Lead role for Store Operations ve operational performance, enhance inventory management, and engage with clients on the sales floor.
You will be at the helm of store operations, leading the team to uphold Sephora’s standards while ensuring efficient inventory practices and visual merchandising. Your voice will guide the operations team through performance management strategies while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement as the Manager on Duty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute operational excellence across store functions
• Supervise inventory shipping and receiving activities
• Manage visual standards for merchandising displays
• Control supply budget and manage resources
• Lead performance management for the operations team
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ similar experience in a retail environment
• Proven skills in influencing and coaching peers
• Strong management of store operations
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to engage with clients and improve store service
