Become a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo, where you'll create joy-filled environments for customers. Engage with products, support operations, and enhance customer connections in a retail setting.
In this permanent role, you must have at least three early morning shifts available alongside additional flexible hours, including weekends. This position emphasizes storytelling through products, authentic customer service, and shaping a warm atmosphere. You'll display adaptability and a commitment to exceptional experiences as part of the Indigo team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Engage with shoppers and share product stories
• Support daily store operations pre or post-opening
• Conduct inventory counts and manage stock replenishment
• Role model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics
Requirements:
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Must adapt, learn, and be mobile on the sales floor
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
• Bilingualism required for positions in Québec
