Take the lead in delivering exceptional consumer experiences at Crocs, Inc. as a full-time Sales Team Lead. Engage customers, manage team activities, and boost sales goals through effective strategies.
In this dynamic role at Crocs, you will actively contribute to a positive workplace culture while enhancing customer service, merchandising, and product placement. With 2-3 years of retail experience, ideally in leadership, you will champion our C.H.A.R.M service model on the sales floor and ensure operational excellence by collaborating closely with Store Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M model
• Champion team culture through feedback and collaboration
• Manage store departments including customer service and merchandising
• Lead by example to meet sales goals effectively
• Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of retail experience preferred
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong desire to excel in retail environment
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and remain active
• Must be 18 years or older
