Key Responsibilities:
• Complete all training program modules
• Participate in mentorship for improved leadership
• Shadow and learn from current Franchisees
• Manage real-world in-store operations
• Engage with the community through various initiatives
Requirements:
• College or University education in Business or Retail
• 3 years retail experience; 1 year in supervision
• Strong adaptability in coaching styles
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• French language skills are a plus
