You'll educate customers on products, promote our AEO loyalty program, and adapt seamlessly across various store zones, whether on sales floors or in fitting rooms. Your innovative problem-solving skills will shine as you proactively address concerns and contribute to team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest

• Educate customers about AE & Aerie products

• Promote the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically

• Flexibly assist in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies

Requirements:

• Strong enthusiasm for interacting with people

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Minimum age of 18 years
