Delivery Specialist; Part-Time; Smiths Falls

About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Specialist who will build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email, support retail operations, provide in‑home delivery service, maintain the delivery truck and store, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the moving process.

• Welcome and engage customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Support retail operations by managing store merchandising and maintenance.
• Deliver products to customers' homes with best‑in‑class service.
• Perform general maintenance on the delivery truck and around the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns throughout the moving process.
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers on site.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any post‑delivery inquiries.

• Full‑class driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
• Excellent communicator, people‑oriented, and results‑driven.
• Experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently.
• Must pass background checks, including criminal, employment, driving history, criminal background check, credit check, and work‑experience validation.

Salary range: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour CAD, with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
