As a Key Holder, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining effective store operations.
Your role will focus on coaching the sales team to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation and adhering to the store’s opening and closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example to motivate the sales team
• Conduct end-of-day cash reconciliation accurately
• Manage opening and closing routines effectively
• Create a personalized customer experience in-store
Requirements:
• Valid retail experience, ideally within cosmetics
• Strong customer service skills necessary
• Cash handling and retail operations experience preferred
• Supervisory experience and coaching skills a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
