Position: CFMWS Retail Supervisor Abroad

The Retail Supervisor position with CFMWS involves overseeing a retail store for the Canadian Armed Forces. You will lead the retail team, manage inventory processes, and handle cash operations. Your ability to enforce safety standards and address operational challenges is essential for this role in supporting troop morale during deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage retail staff and operations daily

• Conduct cash audits and ensure financial accuracy

• Maintain stock levels and oversee monthly inventory audits

• Authorize transactions and manage security protocols

• Engage in activities that support troop events and morale
Requirements:

• Combination of relevant education and experience

• Possession of a valid driver’s license

• Experience in leading service or retail teams

• Strong skills in cash handling and reporting

• Ability to carry out physical tasks as required
