Reporting to the Store Manager, the Co‑Manager is responsible for:

• Leading a team to deliver an omni channel shopping experience.
• Recruiting, training, coaching staff to meet sales and productivity targets.
• Maximizing store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales goals.

• Promote a positive omni channel shopping experience.
• Build loyal client relationships.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members.
• Achieve and surpass sales and productivity targets.
• Respond to changing business environment with flexible and innovative solutions.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Use social media, mobile, and Microsoft Office skills to support operations.

• High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or related discipline (asset).
• 2+ years management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to foster participation, creativity, and continuous learning.
• Demonstrated flexibility, innovation, urgency, and idea contribution.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
