Manager for Multi- Retail Stores

Position: Manager for Multi-Location Retail Stores
Take charge as a Territory Manager for company-controlled convenience stores and gasoline facilities in Eastern Ontario, with a salary between $80,000 and $100,000 CAD. You'll oversee operations and drive sales performance in your territory.

As part of your role, you will report to the Director of Retail Store Operations, focusing on strategic plan execution, conducting regular store visits, and coaching retail agents. Your ability to leverage resources will maintain high safety and operational standards while tracking financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic plans through regular on-site visits

• Coach and motivate retail agents to boost site performance

• Ensure store compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

• Review sales data to pinpoint growth opportunities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to sustain operational effectiveness

Requirements:

• Business education or applicable management experience

• Previous multi-location management experience

• Proven ability in business planning and execution

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
