As a Retail Parts Pro, your expertise will guide DIY customers through their automotive projects, offering resolution and sourcing solutions. You will engage in advanced selling and customer service while managing inventory processes and ensuring store standards. Your hands-on experience will be crucial for testing and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level customer assistance with DIY inquiries
• Drive store sales and maintain stellar service standards
• Manage DIY services, including battery and wiper installation
• Ensure store cleanliness and perform key holder duties
• Support inventory processes such as POGs and counts
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics
• Excellent English communication;
Spanish is a plus
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds
