Become a Keyholder at Out & About Cannabis to drive sales and ensure store safety. Support cleanliness and organization while leading a exceptional cannabis retail experience.

Out & About Cannabis is hiring Keyholders to help facilitate smooth store operations. This position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of experience in retail. You'll educate customers about cannabis selections and maintain organized retail space, helping build the Out & About brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and prepare the store for daily operations

• Close the store and complete closing procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service and education

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience

• Can Sell certification or willingness to obtain

• Clean background check required

• Strong cannabis knowledge preferred
