This full-time role involves partnering with the Operations Supervisor to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities include providing professional service, training staff on Point-of-Sale technologies, and maintaining cleanliness in the cashier area. You will also assist in merchandising, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent, knowledgeable service to clients daily
• Train cashiers on POS and Mobile POS systems
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the cashier zone
• Oversee shipment processing and organization of stockroom
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of retail or client service experience
• Proficient in computer and organizational skills
• Strong time management and communication abilities
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends
