In this role, reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be a key player in maximizing profitability by ensuring stellar inventory organization and management. Your responsibilities include effective stockroom operations, shipment processing, and assisting on the sales floor to elevate customer experiences. This position allows you to showcase your passion for fashion and details daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline stockroom organization to boost sales

• Process incoming shipments efficiently and accurately

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed

• Fulfill eCom orders for seamless customer service

• Contribute to maintaining visual presentation standards

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma

• Previous 6 months experience in retail inventory

• Demonstrated customer-first mindset and attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills and fashion enthusiasm

• Must be flexible for evening and weekend shifts
