We are a specialty trading card store focused on buying, selling, and trading collectible cards, including sports cards, Pokémon, Magic:
The Gathering, and more. Our shop is built around community, expertise, and fair evaluations. We take pride in offering a welcoming environment for collectors of all levels - from casual hobbyists to serious investors.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Retail Associate with a strong interest in trading cards. This role places a special emphasis on evaluating and purchasing cards from customers, so attention to detail and market awareness are key.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Evaluate, price, and purchase trading cards and collections
• Stay up to date on market trends, card values, and product releases
• Buylist processing: sorting, grading (raw assessment), and inventory intake
• Maintain organized and visually appealing displays
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Support store events, trade nights, and tournaments
• Answer customer questions and provide recommendations

• Strong knowledge of trading cards (sports, TCGs, or both)
• Familiarity with card grading standards and condition assessment
• Basic understanding of current market pricing and trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational habits
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous retail or hobby shop experience is an asset

• Knowledge of grading companies and pricing tools
