As a Retail Replenishment Associate at Michaels, you'll engage with customers, help them locate products, and provide solutions.
Your role involves executing cash handling, promoting the Rewards program, and assisting with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS). You will also participate in stocking and maintaining store organization to ensure a well-merchandised space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in product location and shopping
• Complete cash handling for a friendly checkout
• Promote Rewards program and encourage enrollments
• Help with stock unloading and product stocking
• Ensure merchandise recovery and store optimization
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts
• Capability to lift heavy items and reach high shelves
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
