Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales floor presence and associate communication
• Coach associates to meet performance targets
• Ensure a great guest experience through service standards
• Manage store opening and closing tasks
• Adhere to safety and lifting standards
Requirements:
• Retail supervisory experience of 2 years preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and verbal skills required
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
• Capacity to lift and stand as needed
