In this position, you’ll be responsible for receiving merchandise, managing stock levels, and preparing outgoing orders. We need someone who is detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling customer requests by phone and email. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations in our expanding company and contribute to our shared passion for hockey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inventory management to ensure stock accuracy
• Receive and check merchandise thoroughly
• Efficiently label products for clarity and organization
• Prepare and ship customer orders accurately
• Provide assistance to customers through communication
Requirements:
• Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in tasks
• Reliable and responsible with a keen eye for details
• Effective problem-solving skills in daily operations
• Familiarity with basic computer tools
• Interest in hockey is advantageous
