Elevate customer service in Fresh areas as a Produce Team Lead at Walmart in Saint‑Bruno, QC. Lead the team, train associates, and ensure optimal product representation every shift.
As a Produce Team Lead, you will assist in leading Fresh department processes and prioritize exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the Fresh Coach and Store Management Team to delegate tasks, track productivity, and conduct daily team meetings.
Your role will focus on ensuring the overall presentation of Fresh Departments, all while fostering associate development through teaching and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Fresh areas
• Coordinate daily tasks based on team priorities
• Assess and improve Fresh department displays
• Lead daily team huddles and set performance goals
• Identify training opportunities through area tours
Requirements:
• Age 16 or older
• Commitment to a clean, safe work environment
• Familiarity with customer service standards
• Ability to assist in performance management
• Support recruiting and new hire processes
