Position: Brand Ambassador Part-Time Role at AEO
Become a Brand Ambassador at American Eagle in Ottawa and help create amazing shopping experiences for guests. Your love for interacting with customers will shine in this part-time role.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will bring the AE and Aerie brands to life through enthusiasm and a customer-first approach. Your responsibilities include educating customers about products and promoting the AEO loyalty program. You will be trained in the AEO Selling Model while adapting to different store zones as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with guests using AEO Selling Model

• Provide insightful product information about AE & Aerie

• Introduce and explain loyalty programs to customers

• Flexibly work in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Address and resolve guest concerns effectively
Requirements:

• Must enjoy interacting with guests in a retail atmosphere

• Open availability for evenings and weekends

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Candidates must be 16 years or older

• Energetic and able to handle various tasks
