Part-Time Brand Ambassador at AEO

Bring energy and brand love to AEO as a Part-Time Brand Ambassador at Bayshore Shopping Center! Engage customers, educate them on products, and create exceptional shopping experiences.

In this role, you will embody AEO's values while enhancing customer interactions as a senior brand ambassador. Utilize the AEO Selling Model to assist guests and flex across various store zones, including Sales floor and Cash & Wrap. You're passionate about AE and Aerie products and dedicated to problem-solving for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details

• Promote the AEO loyalty program during interactions

• Assist in all store areas including Stockroom and Fitting Room

• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy

Requirements:

• Retail experience preferred, especially in customer service

• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High energy and multitasking abilities

• Authentic passion for AE and Aerie products
