Canna Cabana is in search of a proactive part-time Shift Supervisor to facilitate daily store functions while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist in managing staff, enhance store productivity, and directly respond to customer concerns. Your experience in retail will help ensure store compliance with health and safety standards while achieving set sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the supervision of store operations on shift

• Handle escalated customer complaints effectively

• Mentor and guide staff to meet sales targets

• Maintain exceptional store appearance and standards

• Oversee inventory management and sales reporting

Requirements:

• Must possess valid Cann Sell certification

• 2+ years of retail experience required, cannabis preferred

• Proven experience in customer service

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Police Background Check mandatory
