As part of Bento Sushi, you'll enhance franchise operations through hands-on support and training. This position requires you to ensure brand standards are met while assisting with new openings and addressing emergency staffing needs. Your communication skills will be key in relaying feedback between franchisees and HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit franchises daily to ensure adherence to quality standards

• Offer re-training to improve franchise performance

• Assist during emergency shifts for uninterrupted service

• Support major store openings and special events

• Maintain clear communication with operations and HQ

Requirements:

• 3+ years in multi-unit food service management

• Excellent training and problem-solving skills

• Availability for flexible hours and travel

• Reliable access to a car and valid license

• Strong adaptability to changing environments
