Become a key part of our Fall Mum Program as a Seasonal Floral Merchandiser in Carleton Place. Maintain beautiful displays and ensure vibrant fall mums are well-maintained across retail locations.

This independent contractor role focuses on the merchandising and care of fall mum displays. You'll need to keep displays attractive, healthy, and properly priced during the seasonal program duration, which lasts up to 8 weeks. Your attention to detail will ensure shoppers enjoy a delightful experience as they explore each display.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit stores three times weekly per schedule

• Organize and refresh fall mum displays daily

• Water and care for plants to ensure health

• Remove damaged products and maintain cleanliness

• Ensure accurate pricing and clear labeling

• Submit detailed reports for each store visit

• Follow merchandising standards and report inventory concerns

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in retail

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Previous plant knowledge is a plus

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Capability to lift floral products and materials
