As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of FIKA, guiding customers through their shopping experience and providing insights on specialized products. This role focuses on maximizing store sales while contributing to exciting merchandising and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assist with product location
• Build lasting relationships and provide exemplary service
• Offer advice on the care of products and accessories
• Get involved in merchandising and promotional activities
• Ensure high accuracy in all transactions and inventory
Requirements:
• Clear criminal record is mandatory
• Retail experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift 25 pounds
