Position: Over-the-Counter Associate at Wal-Mart
Enhance customer service as an Over-the-Counter Associate at Wal-Mart in Kanata, Ontario. You'll manage your area effectively while supporting department sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will assist customers and maintain a well-organized OTC section. Collaborating with the Pharmacy Manager, you will focus on maximizing sales and profit while maintaining patient confidentiality. You’ll also ensure a clean environment and follow proper ordering and pricing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their needs in the OTC area

• Maintain modular presentation and zoning according to standards

• Rotate stock and check for expired products regularly

• Follow procedures for ordering, pricing, and markdowns

• Ensure the area is free of debris and hazards

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

• Attention to detail with pricing accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

• Strong customer service skills
