Back of House Lead at Sport Chek

This role seeks an intermediate-level Back of House Lead to empower part-time employees and ensure seamless inventory operations. You'll be responsible for processing shipments, maintaining stockroom organization, and supporting eCommerce order fulfillment. Your positive leadership and attention to detail will enhance the backroom and sales floor presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan incoming shipments and maintain shipping logs

• Leadership support to part-time team members

• Process eCommerce orders and courier transactions

• Complete transfers and maintain inventory integrity

• Oversee store maintenance and inventory replenishment

Requirements:

• 6+ months of retail experience

• Previous training or mentoring experience

• Ability to manage a daily operational plan

• Capable of lifting heavy containers

• High school diploma or current enrollment
