Overnight Shift Leader

Position: Bass Pro Shops Overnight Shift Leader
Drive nighttime operations as an Overnight Shift Leader at Bass Pro Shops, focusing on team supervision and inventory accuracy. This role ensures efficient stock replenishment and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will lead the overnight team, overseeing tasks related to merchandising and stock management.

Your role encompasses compliance with operational standards, training team members, and executing nightly replenishment from inventory. Collaborating with the AGM, you will help manage special events and maintain pricing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delegate work assignments to the overnight team

• Ensure training and adherence to operational standards

• Maintain merchandise presentation and signage

• Replenish sales floor inventory from backstock and deliveries

• Support accuracy in inventory management tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in retail

• Must be available for overnight shifts

• Skilled in data management and inventory systems

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
