Build a strong foundation in finance while helping turn accurate data into practical business insight. As a Financial Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day financial processes that help our team make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with experienced finance colleagues and cross-functional partners, gaining hands-on exposure to order processing, month-end activities, and reconciliations. This is an opportunity for a finance professional who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close activities in accordance with established timelines and controls..
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and extend issues when appropriate..
• Review and process sales orders in line with financial policies, approval requirements, and internal controls..
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to help resolve order-processing issues and maintain accurate financial information..
• Assist with audit requests, and documentation supporting compliance activities..
• Learn and apply relevant company policies, systems, and finance best practices..

• Experience through a finance, accounting, co-op, internship, or similar role is preferred..
• A foundational understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation processes..
• Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables; an interest in developing stronger analytical skills..
• Exposure to financial or ERP systems such as Net Suite or Oracle is an asset..
• Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or other data-visualization tools is an asset..
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accurate work..
