RONA+ au Canada recherche un(e) superviseur(se) de magasin pour diriger l'équipe de première ligne, veiller au respect des normes de service et gérer les flux en caisse. Vous suivrez les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture et assurerez un service client exemplaire en résolvant les problèmes des visiteurs.
Vous formerez les nouveaux associés et participerez au développement des programmes internes, tout en promouvant l’inclusion et le travail d’équipe.
