Your role is crucial in supporting inventory management and merchandising.
This position directly reports to the Overnight Supervisor and is vital for streamlining non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters. You will engage in replenishment, support inventory management tasks, and execute visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping experience. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction while effectively managing store tasks overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general replenishment across various departments
• Support inventory management with counts and display checks
• Implement price changes and inventory adjustments
• Execute recovery tasks such as folding and sorting
• Assist with visual merchandising updates and setups
Requirements:
• One or more years in a sales or service environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to work overnight shifts
• Familiarity with planograms and merchandising preferred
• Passion for outdoor products is an asset
